How to Place an Order

Place the product(s) you wish to order in your shopping cart by clicking on the "Add to Cart" button located next to the product image. When you're ready to complete your order, click "Checkout" from within your cart and follow the instructions. You may also complete your order by emailing us.

 

 

Payment Options

We accept all major credit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover. We also accept Paypal. 

 

Order Cancellations & Modifications

To cancel an order that has not yet shipped, have your order information available and contact us via email or call (714) 316-9361. 

 

We are unable to process cancellations for items that have already shipped. Sorry, we're unable to add additional items to existing orders or substitute individual components once it's shipped. To make these adjustments, you will need to cancel your existing order and place a new one.

 

 

Standard Shipping

Most orders ship within 2-3 business days, unless otherwise stated. Often times, our paintings are stored at the gallery or at different exhibit locations.  Your final shipping cost and estimated delivery timeframe will be available to you during checkout.

 

Our standard shipping method is ground shipping. We will ship your order via any of the major mail carriers, including UPS, FedEx, and the United States Postal Service. At this time we are unable to provide the option to choose your carrier of choice unless you let us know. We will confirm if we can ship with the mail carrier you specified. 

 

 

 

Defective Product and Returns Due to Our Error

You may return defective items, items damaged at the time of receipt, and incorrect items received without penalty. Your return shipping charges will be waived. When we receive your return, we inspect the item and provide a replacement or issue a refund. If the product is not defective, return shipping fees will apply and/or a partial refund may be issued.

 

 

Products Returned After 30 days

  • Because products devalue over time, we offer partial refunds for items returned over 30 days after delivery

  • We may reduce the refund based on the condition of the merchandise

  • We may also deduct the original and return shipping charges from your refund

  • If we send you a replacement item, we must receive the original item at our warehouse within 30 days your return initiation. Otherwise, we will charge you full price for the replacement item

 

 

 

Shipment Damage in Transit

If you see obvious damage to your order’s shipping box or packaging, please ask the driver to open the carton and inspect the contents with you. If you find damage, refuse the shipment and write, "Refused due to damage" on the delivery receipt. Keep a copy of the delivery receipt with your notes regarding the damage and contact us

 

 

Please keep all original packaging materials for 30 days to return an order in the rare case you discover damage or defects after delivery.
